GenzArea currently ships across India. We are continuously working to expand our shipping network and improve delivery coverage.

- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

From time to time, GenzArea may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment of returned orders.

If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package and product.
